The room at Hotel Puelche was spacious and filled with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed the ample breakfast offerings and found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Despite a small inconvenience with the parking situation, our overall stay was pleasant. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and the staff was friendly. The hotel was located near a path that made it easy to walk around and explore the area. The view of the nearby lake was also quite lovely.
The Christmas dinner was a mess. The food was not good and the service was slow.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The architecture was stunning, with its beautiful use of stone and wood. My corner room on the 4th floor had a breathtaking view of the water. I absolutely loved the big and comfortable room, especially the bay window where I could sit in the sun and enjoy the views all day long. It was such a luxury during my holiday.
This place is highly recommended for families.
